How It Works
Step 1:
The Meet-Up
N.R.G Real Estate, we understand the importance of having the right tenants renting your property. One of our agents will walk you through a comprehensive assessment to determine if your property is suitable for our clientele. During which, we'll explore each room together and answer any questions you may have. The more you know, the easier it is to entrust our services.

Step 2:

The Acquisition
Back at our head office, one of our team members will be given the viewing details and run it through our analytical tools and review the data collected against our market research and tenant vetted list. We do this to understand all aspects of the arrangement and map out if a tenant is suitable for the property.

Step 3:

The Agreement
Once your property has under gone analysis, if it fits our clienteles criteria,
we then proceed to sign off a tenancy agreement with our company (N.R.G Real Estate LTD) for a period of 2-3 years with the view of extension. A payment will be made immediately in line with rent prices and holding deposits.

Step 4:

The Guaranteed Rent
To conclude, once we have obtained your keys under management, you will start earning!
On a selected and agreed date of each month we’ll guarantee your rent paid directly from us to you. Hassle free! We also have in house maintenance officers that takes care of the upkeep & a cleaning team on speed dial 7 days a week to keep your property looking top tier. All you have to think about is collecting your profit.
