1. Let's Meet
A call will be arranged to offer a bespoke services tailored to the companies area of interest and discuss the requirements for their employees short term let. Once an agent has been assigned, they will arrange a meeting/video call to discuss the options available to you and our 'company check' regulations. A questionnaire will undertaken to note down any extra information that needs to be collected.
2. What You Need
Our agent will source you properties that fit the detailed requirements obtained during the call. A viewing of the property will be arranged with a date and time that suits you.
3. The Exchange
Once you have chosen a property that suits your employees requirements, a tenancy agreement will be sent over. Once signed and a deposit has been made by the corporation, it will be kept in a deposit scheme. On completion, one of our agents will inform you of the code for the key deposit box for a self check in.
